6. Analytics and Advertising Partners

Tech1News uses Google AdSense to display advertisements on our website. Google and other advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, browser information, or similar technologies to serve advertisements, measure advertising performance, limit repeated advertisements, and help prevent advertising fraud.

Depending on the applicable settings and your choices, these technologies may be used to show personalised or non-personalised advertisements.

Third-party advertising providers may collect or receive information about your visits to this and other websites to provide advertising services and measure their effectiveness. Tech1News does not control all data collection carried out independently by these providers.

7. Payment Service Providers

Razorpay may process payment information when you make an online payment. Manual UPI/QR payments may be processed through the bank or payment application you choose.

We may receive information needed to identify and reconcile a transaction, such as the payment status, transaction reference, amount, date, or order identifier.

Please review the privacy policy of the payment provider you use. Tech1News does not control the independent data-processing practices of banks, payment applications, or payment service providers.

8. When We Share Information

We do not sell personal information as a business practice. We may share relevant information in limited circumstances, including:

  • Service providers: Hosting, website maintenance, security, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, and other providers that help operate our services.
  • Public card visitors: Information you choose to publish on a public digital visiting card is available to people who access its URL.
  • Legal and security purposes: Where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights, investigate suspected fraud, or maintain service security.
  • Business changes: If a merger, restructuring, transfer, or sale affects the operation of the service, information may be transferred subject to applicable legal requirements.

We aim to limit shared information to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain accounts, manage subscriptions and transactions, respond to support requests, maintain security, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it is held.

When information is no longer required, we will take appropriate steps to delete it or otherwise handle it in accordance with applicable law, subject to legitimate retention requirements and technical limitations such as secure backups.

10. Account and Data Deletion

If your account dashboard provides an account or data deletion option, you may use that option to submit or initiate a deletion request.

Deleting an account or digital card may remove or disable associated information within the service. However, some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, payment-verification, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Deletion may not remove copies of public card information that other people have independently downloaded, copied, or shared. Information retained in backups may also take additional time to be removed in accordance with our retention procedures.

If you cannot delete your account through the dashboard or have a question about a deletion request, contact info@tech1news.com.

11. Data Security

We take reasonable steps designed to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No website, internet transmission, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Those services have their own privacy policies and practices. This Privacy Policy does not govern third-party websites that we do not control. Please review their policies before sharing information with them.

13. Children’s Privacy

Tech1News does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through activities intended for them. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, contact info@tech1news.com so that we can review the request and take appropriate action.

Users must also comply with any applicable age requirements and legal restrictions when registering for accounts, publishing information, or purchasing services.

14. Your Choices and Privacy Requests

  • Change or remove information you have published.
  • Request deletion of your account or personal information.
  • Ask questions about how your information is used.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent and withdrawal is available under applicable law.
  • Raise a privacy concern by contacting us.

To make a request, email info@tech1news.com. Please describe your request and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant account. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Some requests may be subject to legal exceptions, retention obligations, or the rights of other people.

15. International and Third-Party Processing

Some hosting, analytics, advertising, or payment providers may process information in locations outside your state or country. Where applicable, such processing is subject to the provider’s practices and relevant legal requirements.

We will take steps required by applicable law for any such processing that we control.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our website, digital visiting card service, payment methods, technology, or legal requirements.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or seek consent for material changes.
