Terms & Conditions – T1N Digital Visiting Card Pro

1. Introduction
T1N Digital Visiting Card Pro is a digital visiting card service offered through Tech1News at https://tech1news.com/.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the digital visiting card service, including account registration, card creation, public card links, Free and Pro plans, payments, and subscriptions.
By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Privacy Policy and Refund/Cancellation Policy.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account, subject to applicable law.
Do not impersonate another person or business, use unauthorised accounts, or attempt to access another user’s account.
3. Free and Pro Plans
The service may offer Free and Pro plans. The current Pro prices are:
- 1 Year: ₹499
- 2 Years: ₹799
- 5 Years: ₹1,499
The features and card limits of each plan are those displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Please review the plan details before making payment.
Prices or features may change for future purchases. Changes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any commitments already made to users.
4. Payments and Activation
Payments may be accepted through Razorpay or manual UPI/QR payment methods offered by Tech1News.
A paid subscription will be activated after payment is successfully received and verified. Manual payments may require additional verification.
If your payment is deducted but your subscription is not activated, or if you notice a duplicate charge, contact info@tech1news.com with your transaction reference and relevant details.
Never share your UPI PIN, password, card security code, or other confidential payment credentials with us.
5. Subscription Validity and Renewal
Subscriptions are valid for the period purchased: one, two, or five years.
Renewal is manual. Automatic renewal is not offered under these Terms. Users should renew before expiry if they wish to continue using Pro features.
After expiry, Pro features may be disabled or limited, and the account may revert to the Free plan or applicable Free-plan limits. The treatment of existing cards and content will depend on the service’s actual functionality and any notice provided to usPro subscriptions are valid for the period purchased: one year, two years, or five years, as applicable.
Renewal is manual. Automatic renewal is not offered.
When a Pro subscription expires, the account will revert to the Free plan, subject to the Free plan’s features and limits. Continued access to Pro-only features will end upon expiry unless the subscription is renewed.
The Free plan’s card limits and features will apply after expiry. If an account has more cards than the Free plan permits, access to additional cards or Pro-only features may be restricted. The handling of existing cards will follow the service’s implemented functionality and any notice provided to the user.
Users may renew their Pro subscription to regain access to eligible Pro features.
6. Public Digital Visiting Cards
A digital visiting card may be accessible to anyone who has its public URL. You may share that URL with other people.
You are responsible for deciding which information to publish. Information on a public card may be viewed, copied, screenshotted, downloaded, or shared by others.
If you update or remove card information, copies already saved or shared by other people may remain available outside our control.
7. User Content and Rights
You are responsible for the information, photographs, logos, contact details, business information, and links you upload or publish.
You must own the content or have the necessary permission to use it. Your content must not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights, or violate applicable law.
You retain ownership of content you own. You allow Tech1News to host, display, store, and process that content as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the service.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not use the service for fraud, impersonation, phishing, scams, malware distribution, unlawful activity, infringement of others’ rights, or unauthorised access.
You must not attempt to bypass plan limits, payment verification, or security controls, or interfere with the service or other users.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or suspend an account or card where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unlawful activity, a material breach of these Terms, security risks, or a valid legal requirement.
Where appropriate and legally permissible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate action may be necessary to prevent harm or address serious security concerns.
Suspension does not remove refund rights that apply under the Refund/Cancellation Policy or applicable law.
10. Refunds and Cancellations
There is no standard seven-day refund guarantee for Pro subscriptions.
Refund requests will be reviewed in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction. Failed payments, duplicate charges, and payments received without successful subscription activation will be investigated and corrected or refunded where appropriate.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that must be provided under applicable law.
To report a payment issue, contact info@tech1news.com with your transaction reference and relevant payment details. Do not share your UPI PIN, password, or card security code.
11. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, hosting issues, network problems, security incidents, or third-party outages may affect availability.
We may update or improve features over time, subject to applicable law and commitments made to paid users.
12. Third-Party Services
The service may rely on third-party providers such as payment gateways, hosting providers, maps, social media platforms, and external websites. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
13. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is explained in the Tech1News Privacy Policy. Users should avoid publishing sensitive personal information on public digital cards.
14. Intellectual Property
Tech1News branding, software, design elements, and platform materials may be protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the service as intended under these Terms, but must not unlawfully copy, resell, or exploit protected platform materials.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tech1News is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, third-party outages, or information that users choose to publish publicly.
The service is provided subject to applicable legal requirements. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, business practices, features, or legal requirements. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Where required, we will provide appropriate notice or obtain consent.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer protection and other mandatory legal requirements. Disputes will be handled by competent courts or forums as determined under applicable law.
