This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid subscriptions for T1N Digital Visiting Card Pro, offered through Tech1News at https://tech1news.com/.
Please read this Policy before purchasing a subscription.
1. Subscription Plans
T1N Digital Visiting Card Pro may offer the following paid plans:
- 1 Year: ₹499
- 2 Years: ₹799
- 5 Years: ₹1,499
The applicable price, plan duration, and features will be displayed at the time of purchase.
2. Refund Policy
There is no standard fixed-period refund guarantee for Pro subscriptions.
Refund requests will be reviewed individually, taking into account the circumstances of the transaction, the service provided, and applicable law.
Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits a refund or other consumer right that must be provided under applicable law.
3. Failed or Pending Payments
If money has been deducted from your bank account or payment application but your subscription has not been activated, contact us with your transaction reference and relevant details.
We will investigate the transaction and take appropriate steps to resolve the issue, including correcting the subscription status or arranging a refund where appropriate.
Pending transactions may require confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
4. Duplicate Payments
If you believe that you have been charged more than once for the same subscription, contact us with the relevant transaction references.
We will review the transactions and arrange an appropriate correction or refund where a duplicate payment is confirmed, subject to applicable law and payment-provider procedures.
5. Manual UPI/QR Payments
For payments made through manual UPI or QR methods, we may request reasonable information to verify the transaction, such as the payment reference, date, amount, and relevant payment confirmation.
Providing payment proof does not guarantee immediate activation until the payment is verified.
Never share your UPI PIN, password, card security code, or other confidential payment credentials.
6. Subscription Cancellation
Pro subscriptions use manual renewal. Automatic renewal is not offered.
Users may choose not to renew their subscription when the purchased period expires. Choosing not to renew does not automatically create a right to a refund for the unused portion of an active subscription.
Any cancellation or refund request will be handled in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.
7. Subscription Expiry
When a Pro subscription expires, the account will revert to the Free plan, subject to the Free plan’s features and limits.
Pro-only features may no longer be available after expiry. Where an account contains more cards than the Free plan permits, access to additional cards or Pro-only features may be restricted according to the service’s implemented functionality and any notice provided to users.
Subscription expiry does not, by itself, guarantee a refund.
8. Service Issues
If you experience a technical issue, cannot access a paid feature, or believe that the service does not match what was offered at purchase, contact us with a description of the issue and relevant transaction details.
We will review the complaint and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.

10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to our service, payment processes, or legal requirements. The revised Policy will be published on this page with an updated date.
Changes will not remove any rights that users have already acquired under applicable law.
11. Applicable Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer protection and other mandatory legal requirements.
Nothing in this Policy restricts a user’s right to approach a competent consumer commission or other legally authorised forum.
